1. Acceptance of Terms and Jurisdiction

Welcome to EroGrid ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EroGrid governing your use of our platform, artificial intelligence generators, and related services (the "Services").

By creating an account, purchasing Compute Credits, or generating content, you explicitly agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the Services immediately.

As EroGrid operates within the European Union, these Terms are governed by EU consumer protection laws. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the European Union, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws in your specific member state.

2. Age Restriction and Strict Verification

EROGRID IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.

Because our platform allows for the generation and sharing of highly explicit, adult-oriented synthetic media (NSFW), you must be legally recognized as an adult in your jurisdiction.

Mandatory Age Verification: We employ third-party Age Verification technology. You may be required to cryptographically verify your age before accessing certain models.
Zero Tolerance Policy: Any attempt by a minor to access the platform, or any attempt by an adult to facilitate access for a minor, will result in an immediate, permanent ban and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

3. Account Security and Compute Credits

To use the AI generation features, you must purchase or earn Compute Credits.

Virtual Currency: Compute Credits have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency outside the platform.
Atomic Transactions: Credits are deducted at the precise moment an AI inference request is successfully completed. Failed generations will trigger an atomic rollback, ensuring no credits are lost.
Account Liability: You are solely responsible for maintaining the cryptographic security of your account credentials. EroGrid is not liable for credits consumed by unauthorized access to your account.

4. Payment Finality, Cryptocurrency, and Right of Withdrawal

All purchases of Compute Credits or Subscriptions on EroGrid are processed either via fiat gateways or decentralized cryptocurrency protocols (e.g., NowPayments).

Immutable Transactions: Due to the cryptographic, decentralized, and immutable nature of blockchain networks, all cryptocurrency payments are strictly final and irreversible. We physically cannot reverse or "chargeback" a confirmed transaction on the blockchain.
Digital Content Exception (EU Directive 2011/83/EU): When you purchase Compute Credits, you are purchasing digital content that is supplied to your account immediately. By initiating the transaction, you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive and lose your 14-day right of withdrawal the moment the transaction is initiated on the blockchain or via our payment processors.
No Refunds: Given the non-recoverable computational costs of AI generation and the immutability of crypto transactions, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances, including account bans for violating these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use and Content Moderation

EroGrid provides uncensored AI models designed for adult entertainment. However, "uncensored" does not mean lawless.

You are strictly prohibited from generating, sharing, or attempting to generate:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Or any representation, synthetic or real, of minors in sexual situations. We actively scan prompts and will report violations to Europol and NCMEC.
Non-Consensual Deepfakes: Using the likeness of real, non-consenting individuals (public figures or private citizens) in explicit scenarios.
Gore and Extreme Violence: Material designed to disgust, shock, or simulate real-world harm.
Illegal Acts: Content promoting terrorism, extreme illegal acts, or targeted harassment.

Under the Digital Services Act (DSA), we employ a combination of automated hash-matching, prompt-blocking, and human moderation to ensure compliance. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property and Licensing

Your Generations: You retain all ownership rights to the specific prompts you write and the resulting images you generate, subject to the inherent limitations of copyright law regarding AI-generated content in your jurisdiction.
Our Infrastructure: EroGrid retains all rights to the platform's codebase, UI design, proprietary model weights, and backend architecture.
License to EroGrid: By making a generated image "Public" in the gallery, you grant EroGrid a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host, and distribute that image within the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability and "As-Is" Provision

The Services rely on experimental artificial intelligence technology.

EroGrid provides the Services "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".
We do not guarantee that the AI will always produce coherent, anatomically correct, or desired results.
To the maximum extent permitted by EU law, EroGrid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or the suspension of your account.

8. Data Retention, Inactivity, and Resource Management

To maintain optimal performance and manage infrastructural resources across our global databases and AI vector stores, EroGrid enforces a strict data retention and inactivity policy.

Inactive Chats and Vector Memories: We reserve the right, at our sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or liability, to permanently delete any user chats, historical messages, and associated AI memory embeddings if the chat has seen no new interactions for a continuous period of sixty (60) days or more.
Abandoned Models and Content: User-created AI Models, realms, visions, or gallery generations that remain unpublished, unused, or are determined to be consuming unnecessary server resources may be permanently purged.
Limitation of Liability: You explicitly acknowledge and agree that EroGrid bears no responsibility, obligation, or liability for the deletion, loss, corruption, or failure to store any chats, contextual memories, generations, or model configurations resulting from our inactivity sweeps or automated resource management protocols.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. For substantial changes, we will notify you via the platform or email. Continued use of the Services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
